If you couldn’t tell already, I have a love affair with North Carolina! Like many of you, I will always call this place home. From the light houses to the blue ridge mountains, from the Longleaf pine to the honeybee. There is only one place that will fill your lens with such an abundance of blue and green and your lungs with the freshest of air… and that is North Carolina.
The Piedmont Triad of North Carolina is my family. From west of Winston-Salem, east of Greensboro, north of Belews Creek and south of Pleasant Garden. These have been my stomping grounds for nearly my entire life, and everyone that has had an incredible impact on my life has lived here.
No photographer can help but notice the beauty that is North Carolina. In fact, many photographers and artists carve their eternal career out of the landscapes as we casually glance. It would be my greatest dream to be one of those people.
This is why I have started compiling a list of my favorite places in Central North Carolina to photograph families and children. These landscapes will thrill your adventurous side, while making a fun family trip! And as you can see, the results can be simply breathtaking.
